Cancellation Policy
Your time is important, and we respect that you are busy. However, we require 24 hours cancellation notice of any changes to avoid a 50% charge for a scheduled appointment. For group bookings or serviced over 2.5 hours we require 34 hours notice or a 70%charge will incur. For large or lengthly bookings a deposit may be required. If you don’t turn up for an appointment or provide 24 hours notice when using a gift voucher, the voucher will be canceled.

Do I need to make an appointment?
We cannot guarantee that you will get an appointment so it is always advised to book in advance, however walk ins are always welcome and we do our best to accommodate you.
